FC Este 2012

FC Este 2012 was one of 70 clubs from Germany that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to FC Este 2012, 212 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof FC Este 2012 could be found in Group 21 together with Fylkir 2, Åhus HBK 1 and Danderyds SK 2. FC Este 2012 continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 21. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against FC Teutonia 05 with 1-3. In the Final, ED Moratalaz won over Lillestrøm SK 2 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. FC Este 2012 also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2022. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 Play off B, but lost it against Gimonäs Umeå IF with 5-6. FC Este 2012 comes from Moisburg which lies approximately 500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Moisburg does also provide 22 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: SV Groß Borstel, SV Blankenese, Eimsbütteler TV, Altona 93, SV Uhlenhorst-Adler, SV West-Eimsbüttel, Pinneberg, VfL, TUS Berne, Barmbek-Uhlenhorst, HSV and FC Teutonia 05).
