V. Frölunda IF

In addition to V. Frölunda IF, 212 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 52 different groups, whereof V. Frölunda IF could be found in Group 22 together with Athletico SC 1, Alta IF and Åhus HBK 2. V. Frölunda IF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 22. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Lillestrøm SK 2 with 1-2. In the Final, ED Moratalaz won over Lillestrøm SK 2 and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 16. V. Frölunda IF also participated in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2022. They reached the 1/32 Final in B15 Play off A, but lost it against Stångebro United 1 with 0-5.
