Götaholm BK

Götaholm BK was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Götaholm BK, 89 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 22 different groups, whereof Götaholm BK could be found in Group 10 together with Atletico Real Morelos, Enköpings SK and Galatasaray Lisesi. Götaholm BK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Backatorp IF with 0-3. In the Final, UF Comércio e Indústria won over Qviding FIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Götaholm originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 89 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Lundby IF, Hermansby IF, Kärra KIF, Mölnlycke IF, Älvängens IK, Proletären FF, Nödinge SK, Orust FC, Sävedalens IF and Lunden ÖBK).
