EKF Täby

EKF Täby was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to EKF Täby, 53 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 13 different groups, whereof EKF Täby could be found in Group 4 together with Vikingur 1, OGC Nice and IK Zenith. EKF Täby made it to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against SK Sprint-Jeløy, which they won with 4-1. Thereby EKF Täby won the entire Play off B in Girls 13 during Gothia Cup 2023. EKF Täby comes from Täby which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Täby does also provide 62 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Hässelby SK FF, IFK Lidingö, Boo FF, Järla IF, Viginti Quattuor FC, Sigtuna City FK, IFK Haninge, IFK Bergshamra, Rågsveds IF and Åkersberga FC).
