Stureby SK

Stureby SK was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Stureby SK, 156 other teams from 27 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 39 different groups, whereof Stureby SK could be found in Group 38 together with SK Sprint-Jeløy 2, Kungsbacka IF and Foxes FC. Stureby SK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 38. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against JSC Pitray-Olier Paris Red with 0-4. In the Final, Kista SC won over Pozzuolo Calcio 2 and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Stureby SK also participated in Boys 13 during Gothia Cup 2022. They reached the 1/32 Final in B13 Play off B, but lost it against Öjersjö IF with 11-12. Stureby SK comes from Enskede which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Enskede does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Hässelby SK FF, IFK Lidingö, Boo FF, Järla IF, EKF Täby, Viginti Quattuor FC, IFK Haninge, IFK Bergshamra, Rågsveds IF and Hammarby IF).
