In addition to Islingby IK, 37 other teams from 7 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Islingby IK could be found in Group 8 together with Värmdö IF, Jitex BK, Lillestrøm SK and Stars'n Stripes. Islingby IK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Rössö Uddevalla with 0-2. In the Final, Jitex BK won over Varbergs BoIS FC and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 18. Islingby IK also participated in Girls 17 during Gothia Cup 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in G17 Play off A, but lost it against Viking FK with 5-7.
