They were divided into 48 different groups, whereof Lerums IS 2 could be found in Group 36 together with Tecnifutbol Academy, SG Borken e.V. and Örebro SK 2. Lerums IS 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against SK Sprint-Jeløy 2 with 1-2.
