IFK Valla

IFK Valla was one of 429 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2023. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to IFK Valla, 262 other teams from 30 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 64 different groups, whereof IFK Valla could be found in Group 36 together with Vilnius Football Academy, BK Häcken and SK Djerv-Nordnes. IFK Valla continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 36. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against FC Teutonia 05 with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Stocksund 1 won over Hovås-Billdal IF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. IFK Valla also participated in Boys 14 during Gothia Cup 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in B14 Play off B, but lost it against Lerums IS with 0-3. IFK Valla comes from Kållekärr which lies approximately 36 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kållekärr does also provide 26 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2023 (Among others: Hermansby IF, Kärra KIF, Älvängens IK, Nödinge SK, Orust FC, Stala/Myckleby, Backatorp IF, Torslanda IK, Hisingsbacka FC and Ytterby IS).
