Skärhamns IK

Skärhamns IK was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Skärhamns IK, 40 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Skärhamns IK could be found in Group 4 together with Prep Schools Lions White, Vallentuna BK DF and Vallens IF. Skärhamns IK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Värtans IK with 2-7. In the Final, Lerums IS won over ATSV Scharmbeckstotel and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 13. Skärhamns comes from Skärhamn which lies approximately 36 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skärhamn does also provide 25 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Älvängens IK, Ytterby IS, IK Zenith, Stenungsunds IF, Kärra Dragons, Ale United, IFK Björkö, Angered MBIK, Vallens IF and Götaholm BK).
