Beirut Football Academy

Beirut Football Academy was the only club from Lebanon that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Beirut Football Academy, 150 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Beirut Football Academy could be found in Group 12 together with Chadwick International, Munka-Ljungby IF and Hermansby IF. Beirut Football Academy continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against European Football Academy with 0-1. In the Final, IFK Göteborg won over AS Meudon and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. Beirut Football Academy comes from Beirut which lies approximately 3200 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
