Inter Caimanes

Inter Caimanes was one of 16 clubs from Mexico that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 18. In addition to Inter Caimanes, 33 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 18. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Inter Caimanes could be found in Group 5 together with Tölö IF, Trönö IK/Rengsjö SK, Örgryte IS and IK Zenith. Inter Caimanes continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Borgeby FK with 3-4. In the Final, Sundsvalls DFF won over Viggbyholms IK FF and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 18. The area around does also provide three additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Metepec Cracks, Tigres Santa Maria and Club Independiente).
