Euro Sports Brasil

Euro Sports Brasil was one of 9 clubs from Brazil that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Euro Sports Brasil, 82 other teams from 8 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Euro Sports Brasil could be found in Group 11 together with Näsets SK, Skogsbygdens IF and Frösö IF. Euro Sports Brasil continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Lunds FF with 0-5. In the Final, Vikingur won over IFK Kalmar and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Euro Sports Brasil comes from São Paulo which lies approximately 11000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around São Paulo does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (InterClubes, CA Monte Libano, RS Sports, Ordin FC, Brasil Juniors Futebol, E.C. Pinheiros and Audax).
