HITS

HITS was one of 7 clubs from United Arab Emirates that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to HITS, 150 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof HITS could be found in Group 9 together with Hittarps IK 20, Ordin FC and Azalea BK/Mossens BK. HITS continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Qviding FIF 1 with 4-5. In the Final, IFK Göteborg won over AS Meudon and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 14. HITS comes from Dubai which lies approximately 5000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Dubai does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Go-Pro Sports, Alliance FC, Empire Sports, Reach Target Sports, Desert Rangers Dubai and The Football Academy Dubai).
