Falkenbergs FF

Falkenbergs FF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in SEF Trophy. In addition to Falkenbergs FF, 31 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Falkenbergs FF could be found in Group 7 together with Kalmar FF, Örebro SK and Hammarby IF FF. Falkenbergs FF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Degerfors IF with 0-5. In the Final, Kalmar FF won over Degerfors IF and became the winner of Play off B in SEF Trophy. Falkenbergs comes from Falkenberg which lies approximately 100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Falkenberg does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (IS Halmia, HGH Halmstad, Varbergs BoIS FC and Halmstads BK).
