Kolbotn IL

Kolbotn IL was one of 34 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Kolbotn IL, 117 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Kolbotn IL could be found in Group 28 together with Stureby FF, Skurups AIF and Råda BK. Kolbotn IL continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Järvenpään Palloseura with 0-2. In the Final, FC New England won over Hammarby IF FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Kolbotn comes from Kolbotn which lies approximately 240 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
