KIF Örebro DFF

KIF Örebro DFF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17). In addition to KIF Örebro DFF, 15 other teams from 5 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof KIF Örebro DFF could be found in Group 3 together with Älvsjö AIK FF, Team Odense Q and Bayer 04 Leverkusen. KIF Örebro DFF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Viking FK with 0-3. In the Final, Linköpings FC won over Viking FK and became the winner of Play off B in Gothia Puma Trophy (G17). KIF Örebro DFF comes from Örebro which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Örebro does also provide four additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Hovsta IF, Örebro SK, Rynninge IK and IFK Kumla).
