In addition to IK Sirius FK, 31 other teams played in SEF Trophy. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IK Sirius FK could be found in Group 8 together with Trelleborgs FF, Vasalunds IF and IFK Norrköping. IK Sirius FK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Falkenbergs FF with 0-1. In the Final, Kalmar FF won over Degerfors IF and became the winner of Play off B in SEF Trophy.
