Husie IF

Husie IF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Husie IF, 150 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Husie IF could be found in Group 25 together with Etxarri Aranaz, IFK Uddevalla and Collège St Justin Levallois. Husie IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 25. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IFK Aspudden-Tellus with 1-2. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 3 won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Husie comes from Malmö which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Malmö does also provide 37 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Trollenäs IF, FIFH, Furulunds IK, Linero IF, Oxie SK, Lunds BoiS/Torns IF, Uppåkra IF, Dösjöbro IF, IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo and Lilla Torg FF).
