FC Mougins

FC Mougins was one of 27 clubs from France that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to FC Mougins, 152 other teams from 18 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 38 different groups, whereof FC Mougins could be found in Group 11 together with Prep Schools Lions Yellow, Kvarnby IK 2 and FC Real Internacional. FC Mougins continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Southampton Town United with 1-3. In the Final, Kortedala IF won over Lillestrøm SK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 13. FC Mougins comes from MOUGINS which lies approximately 1600 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than FC Mougins, the club OGC Nice does also originate from the area around MOUGINS.
