Bossekop UL

Bossekop UL was one of 34 clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Bossekop UL, 82 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Bossekop UL could be found in Group 3 together with Eskilsminne IF, Breidablik and Rönninge Salem Fotboll. Bossekop UL continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Öckerö IF with 0-6. In the Final, Vikingur won over IFK Kalmar and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Bossekop UL comes from Alta which lies approximately 1500 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. Other than Bossekop UL, the club Alta IF does also originate from the area around Alta.
