In addition to the two FC KR teams, 165 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof FC KR 2 could be found in Group 10 together with FC Saint Cloud, Ulvåkers IF and Gerdskens BK. FC KR 2 continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 10. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against CD Inter Vista Alegre 1 with 1-3. In the Final, Norrby IF won over Furulunds IK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16.
