Escalate Elite FC

Escalate Elite FC was one of 23 clubs from England that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Escalate Elite FC, 166 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Escalate Elite FC could be found in Group 12 together with Skövde AIK, InterClubes and Vallentuna BK 1. Escalate Elite FC continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Cefor San Luis with 0-4. In the Final, Norrby IF won over Furulunds IK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Escalate Elite FC comes from London which lies approximately 1000 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around London does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Josh Evans Soccer School, Foxes FC, Ashtead Colts FC, Asmara Sport Club and European Football Academy).
