They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof FC New England could be found in Group 2 together with Viking FK, Umeå IK FF and Eskilstuna United DFF. FC New England continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Bayer 04 Leverkusen with 0-2.
