In addition to HK, 117 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof HK could be found in Group 1 together with Djurgårdens IF 2, Högbo AIK and IFK Luleå. HK continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hammarby IF FF with 0-1. In the Final, FC New England won over Hammarby IF FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15.
