Valbo FF

Valbo FF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 17. In addition to Valbo FF, 47 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 17. They were divided into 11 different groups, whereof Valbo FF could be found in Group 4 together with Lira BK, Steel Soccer PA, Danderyds SK and Femelite F.C. Valbo FF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Rönninge Salem Fotboll with 2-4. In the Final, St. Paul Blackhawks 1 won over KFV Segeberg and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 17. Valbo comes from Valbo which lies approximately 430 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Valbo does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Sandvikens IF, Gefle IF, Hille IF, Stensätra IF, Strömsbro IF and Högbo AIK).
