In addition to the 13 Prep Schools Lions teams, 91 other teams from 15 different countries played in Boys 12. They were divided into 25 different groups, whereof Prep Schools Lions Red could be found in Group 22 together with JSC Pitray-Olier Paris 1 Red, V. Frölunda IF 2 and Hällaryds IF.
