Huddinge IF

Huddinge IF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Huddinge IF, 150 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Huddinge IF could be found in Group 11 together with Regents Park FC, Ambassadeur de Saint Jérôme and Örgryte IS. Huddinge IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 11. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Norrby IF with 1-3. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 3 won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Huddinge comes from Huddinge which lies approximately 390 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Huddinge does also provide 68 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Maj FC, EKF Täby, Sickla IF, FC Djursholm, Tyresö FF, Pershagens SK, Enskede IK, Djurgårdens IF, Värmdö IF and Skogås/Trångsunds FF).
