Flurkmarks IK

Flurkmarks IK was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Flurkmarks IK, 117 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Flurkmarks IK could be found in Group 12 together with Team Södermöre, Marin FC and Kärra KIF. Flurkmarks IK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Älmhults IF with 5-6. In the Final, Nässjö FF won over Lyn Fotball and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Flurkmarks comes from Umeå which lies approximately 830 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Umeå does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (IFK Umeå, Gimonäs Umeå IF, Tegs SK, Umeå Södra FF, Röbäcks IF, Mariehem SK and Umedalens IF).
