Skurups AIF

Skurups AIF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Skurups AIF, 117 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Skurups AIF could be found in Group 28 together with Kolbotn IL, Stureby FF and Råda BK. Skurups AIF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 28. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Västra Karups IF with 2-3. In the Final, Nässjö FF won over Lyn Fotball and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Skurups AIF comes from Skurup which lies approximately 270 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Skurup does also provide 31 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: FIFH, Linero IF, Oxie SK, Lunds BoiS/Torns IF, Uppåkra IF, IF Limhamn/Bunkeflo, Lilla Torg FF, Dalby GIF, Limhamns FF and Lunds FF).
