U. de Chile

U. de Chile was one of 16 clubs from Mexico that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to U. de Chile, 117 other teams from 11 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof U. de Chile could be found in Group 7 together with Danmarks IF, Emmaboda IS and Njurunda IK. U. de Chile continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Islingby IK with 1-3. In the Final, FC New England won over Hammarby IF FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. The area around does also provide 11 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Femelite F.C, Academy Elite, Club Caref, Cadamu GDL, Cefor San Luis, C.F Internacional Monterrey, Atletico Echegaray, Intercups MX, Mexico United FC and Esc.
