Natanim Football Club

Natanim Football Club was one of three clubs from Ethiopia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Natanim Football Club, 150 other teams from 22 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Natanim Football Club could be found in Group 37 together with FC Bellevue, Fana Fotball 2 and Särö IK. Natanim Football Club continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 37. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Mölnlycke IF 2 with 0-4. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 3 won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Natanim Football comes from Addis Ababa which lies approximately 5900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Addis Ababa does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (EDY Sport Enrichment Center and Haleta Academy).
