In addition to IF Brommapojkarna, 207 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof IF Brommapojkarna 07/6 could be found in Group 2 together with Altona 93, Intercups MX and Onsala BK. IF Brommapojkarna 07/6 continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Strands IF 1 with 1-2. In the Final, Portobello CFA Thistle won over Lillestrøm SK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15.
