In addition to the two Viginti Quattuor FC teams, 206 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Viginti Quattuor FC F24 Vit could be found in Group 46 together with KFV Segeberg, Oppsal IF, Vaksala SK 2 and Mjällby AIF. Viginti Quattuor FC F24 Vit continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 46. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Ljungby IF 2 with 0-1. In the Final, Portobello CFA Thistle won over Lillestrøm SK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15.
