Blentarps BK

Blentarps BK was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 16. In addition to Blentarps BK, 82 other teams from 9 different countries played in Girls 16. They were divided into 20 different groups, whereof Blentarps BK could be found in Group 12 together with VBR Star, Umeå Södra FF and Arna-Bjørnar. Blentarps BK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Horsforth St. Margarets Academy with 0-4. In the Final, Vikingur won over IFK Kalmar and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 16. Blentarps comes from Blentarp which lies approximately 260 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Blentarp does also provide 26 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Trollenäs IF, Hörby FF, FIFH, Linero IF, Oxie SK, Lunds BoiS/Torns IF, Uppåkra IF, Dalby GIF, Lunds FF and Skegrie BK).
