Kungshamn/Smögens IF

Kungshamn/Smögens IF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 13. In addition to Kungshamn/Smögens IF, 40 other teams from 6 different countries played in Girls 13. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Kungshamn/Smögens IF could be found in Group 7 together with Kungsladugårds BK, NCE Soccer, FH and Listerby IK/Hoby GIF. Kungshamn/Smögens IF continued to Play off B after reaching 5:th place in Group 7. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Utbynäs SK with 1-2. In the Final, Lerums IS won over ATSV Scharmbeckstotel and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 13. Kungshamn/Smögens comes from Kungshamn which lies approximately 81 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Kungshamn does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Kungshamns IF and Ljungskile SK).
