Saleby IF/Trässberg/NorraHärene

Saleby IF/Trässberg/NorraHärene was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 13. In addition to Saleby IF/Trässberg/NorraHärene, 152 other teams from 18 different countries played in Boys 13. They were divided into 38 different groups, whereof Saleby IF/Trässberg/NorraHärene could be found in Group 13 together with Montrouge FC 92, Kortedala IF and Brinkumer SV. Saleby IF/Trässberg/NorraHärene continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 13. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against GAIS 1 with 1-4. In the Final, Gardanne Biver FC won over IFK Göteborg and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 13. Saleby IF/Trässberg/NorraHärene comes from Lidköping which lies approximately 100 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Lidköping does also provide five additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Götene IF, Falköpings KIK, IFK Falköping FF, Råda BK and Grolanda IF/Floby IF/Åsarp-Trädet FK).
