Tegs SK

Tegs SK was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Tegs SK, 207 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Tegs SK could be found in Group 5 together with SG FCU - Kisdorf 2, E.C. Pinheiros White and Lira BK. Tegs SK continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Portobello CFA Thistle with 4-5. In the Final, Portobello CFA Thistle won over Lillestrøm SK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 15. Tegs SK comes from Umeå which lies approximately 810 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Umeå does also provide 8 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Umeå IK FF, IFK Umeå, Gimonäs Umeå IF, Umeå Södra FF, Röbäcks IF, Flurkmarks IK, Mariehem SK and Umedalens IF).
