Hille IF

Hille IF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Hille IF, 117 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Hille IF could be found in Group 8 together with Älvsborg FF, California Magic SC and Jonstorp IF. Hille IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 8. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against IF Team Hudik with 1-3. In the Final, Nässjö FF won over Lyn Fotball and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Hille comes from Gävle which lies approximately 440 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Gävle does also provide six additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Sandvikens IF, Gefle IF, Stensätra IF, Strömsbro IF, Högbo AIK and Valbo FF).
