Masthuggets BK

Masthuggets BK was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Masthuggets BK, 207 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Masthuggets BK could be found in Group 16 together with Montrouge FC 92, Chico Sporting Club and Mjölby AI/FF 1. Masthuggets BK continued to Play off A after reaching 2:nd place in Group 16. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Stockholm Södra Fotboll with 0-2. In the Final, Maj FC won over Kärra Dragons and became the winner of Play off A in Boys 15. Masthuggets originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around GÖTEBORG does also provide 66 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Älvängens IK, Ytterby IS, Qviding FIF, Askims IK, Stenkullen GoIK, Jonsereds IF, Sandarna BK, IK Zenith, Grunden Bois and Utbynäs SK).
