Kärra KIF

Kärra KIF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Kärra KIF, 117 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Kärra KIF could be found in Group 12 together with Flurkmarks IK, Team Södermöre and Marin FC. Kärra KIF continued to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 12. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against FC New England with 0-2. In the Final, FC New England won over Hammarby IF FF and became the winner of Play off A in Girls 15. Kärra KIF comes from hisingskärra which lies approximately 8 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around hisingskärra does also provide 70 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Älvängens IK, Ytterby IS, Qviding FIF, Askims IK, Stenkullen GoIK, Jonsereds IF, Sandarna BK, IK Zenith, Grunden Bois and Utbynäs SK).
