Mossens BK

Mossens BK was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Mossens BK, 71 other teams from 12 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 18 different groups, whereof Mossens BK could be found in Group 18 together with JSC Pitray-Olier Paris 2 White, Backatorp IF and Smedby BoIK. Mossens BK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 18. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Club Independiente with 3-4. In the Final, Eskilsminne IF won over AS Meudon and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Mossens originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 66 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Älvängens IK, Ytterby IS, Qviding FIF, Askims IK, Stenkullen GoIK, Jonsereds IF, Sandarna BK, IK Zenith, Grunden Bois and Utbynäs SK).
