Finlandia Pallo AIF

Finlandia Pallo AIF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 16. In addition to Finlandia Pallo AIF, 166 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 16. They were divided into 41 different groups, whereof Finlandia Pallo AIF could be found in Group 14 together with Staffanstorps United, Walddörfer SV 1, Helena Romanes School and Qviding FIF 2. Finlandia Pallo AIF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 14. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Eskilsminne IF with 0-1. In the Final, Norrby IF won over Furulunds IK and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 16. Finlandia Pallo AIF originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 67 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Älvängens IK, Ytterby IS, Qviding FIF, Askims IK, Stenkullen GoIK, Jonsereds IF, Sandarna BK, IK Zenith, Grunden Bois and Utbynäs SK).
