Sölvesborgs GIF/Lörby IF

Sölvesborgs GIF/Lörby IF was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Girls 15. In addition to Sölvesborgs GIF/Lörby IF, 117 other teams from 12 different countries played in Girls 15. They were divided into 29 different groups, whereof Sölvesborgs GIF/Lörby IF could be found in Group 15 together with Lerums IS, Vallens IF and Team Odense Q. Sölvesborgs GIF/Lörby IF continued to Play off B after reaching 3:rd place in Group 15. In the playoff they made it to 1/32 Final, but lost it against Umeå Södra FF with 0-4. In the Final, Nässjö FF won over Lyn Fotball and became the winner of Play off B in Girls 15. Sölvesborgs GIF/Lörby comes from Sölvesborg which lies approximately 250 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
