In addition to the two Halmstads teams, 41 other teams from 10 different countries played in Boys 14B. They were divided into 10 different groups, whereof Halmstads BK 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Skövde AIK 2, Re Fotballklubb 1 and Kallhälls FF. Halmstads BK 2 made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 4. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Halmstads BK 1, which they won with 5-0. Thereby Halmstads BK 2 won the entire Play off A in Boys 14B during Gothia Cup 2022.
