Azalea BK/Mossens BK

Azalea BK/Mossens BK was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 14. In addition to Azalea BK/Mossens BK, 150 other teams from 23 different countries played in Boys 14. They were divided into 37 different groups, whereof Azalea BK/Mossens BK could be found in Group 9 together with HITS, Hittarps IK 20 and Ordin FC. Azalea BK/Mossens BK continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 9. In the playoff they made it to 1/64 Final, but lost it against Tyresö Strand FC with 1-3. In the Final, IF Brommapojkarna 3 won over Lerums IS and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 14. Azalea BK/Mossens originates from Göteborg, which is the same city as where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 65 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: Älvängens IK, Ytterby IS, Qviding FIF, Askims IK, Stenkullen GoIK, Jonsereds IF, Sandarna BK, IK Zenith, Grunden Bois and Utbynäs SK).
