Maj FC

Maj FC was one of 400 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2022. They participated with one team in Boys 15. In addition to Maj FC, 207 other teams from 21 different countries played in Boys 15. They were divided into 51 different groups, whereof Maj FC could be found in Group 32 together with IFK Mariestad, Stjarnan 2 and BK Höllviken Svart. Maj FC made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 32. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Kärra Dragons, which they won with 3-1. Thereby Maj FC won the entire Play off A in Boys 15 during Gothia Cup 2022. Maj FC comes from Sollentuna which lies approximately 400 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place. The area around Sollentuna does also provide 64 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2022 (Among others: EKF Täby, Sickla IF, FC Djursholm, Tyresö FF, Pershagens SK, Enskede IK, Djurgårdens IF, Värmdö IF, Skogås/Trångsunds FF and Hanvikens SK).
