Helsingborgs IF

In addition to Helsingborgs IF, 24 other teams from 11 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Helsingborgs IF could be found in Group 5 together with Trelleborgs FF, Kalmar FF and Cerezo Osaka. Helsingborgs IF continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IK Sirius FK with 6-7. In the Final, IK Sirius FK won over Halmstads BK and became the winner of Play off B in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17).
