TikiTaka Academy

TikiTaka Academy was one of two clubs from Nigeria that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). In addition to TikiTaka Academy, 24 other teams from 10 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof TikiTaka Academy could be found in Group 1 together with IF Brommapojkarna, IFK Norrköping and Pumas Unam FC. TikiTaka Academy made it to Play off A after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Right to Dream with 3-4. Thereby TikiTaka Academy finished second in B17E Play off A during Gothia Cup 2019. TikiTaka Academy also participated in Gothia Trophy (B17) during Gothia Cup 2018. They won Play off B, after beating FC Cavalier in the final with 2-0. The area around does also provide 78 additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Among others: Öjersjö IF, FC West, Eriksbergs IF, Donsö IS, IK Kongahälla, Ösets BK, Guldhedens IK, Öckerö IF, Södra Skärgården IK and Kärra Dragons).
