GD Estoril Praia

GD Estoril Praia was one of five clubs from Portugal that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). In addition to GD Estoril Praia, 24 other teams from 10 different countries played in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof GD Estoril Praia could be found in Group 4 together with Avai FC, IFK Göteborg and IK Sirius FK. GD Estoril Praia continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against GIF Sundsvall with 1-2. In the Final, IK Sirius FK won over Halmstads BK and became the winner of Play off B in Gothia Puma Trophy (B17). The area around does also provide two additional clubs participating during Gothia Cup 2019 (Colegio São João de Brito and AF Alcoitão).
