Vake-WIT

Vake-WIT was the only club from Georgia that had teams playing during Gothia Cup 2019. They participated with one team in Boys 18. In addition to Vake-WIT, 134 other teams from 26 different countries played in Boys 18. They were divided into 33 different groups, whereof Vake-WIT could be found in Group 17 together with V. Frölunda IF, Samaya FA and SV Hamberge. Vake-WIT continued to Play off B after reaching 4:th place in Group 17. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Ryan FC with 0-3. In the Final, Sävedalens IF won over Tidaholms GIF and became the winner of Play off B in Boys 18. Vake-WIT comes from TBILISI which lies approximately 2900 km from Göteborg, where Gothia Cup takes place.
